Paneer Tikka | Veg Keto Recipes | Low Carb

Paneer Tikka is a great option for vegetarian keto meals. Paneer is almost the only natural keto approved protein source. There is tofu and protein powders, but they are all in the grey area. Anyway, so lets talk about this dish. It is a popular vegetarian starter in India and paneer is my favourite veggie ingredient. To make the tikka you have to make the simple marinade and apply it to the paneer. You can cook it immediately as I don’t believe that letting it sit makes any significant improvement in the taste. So this is a 10 minute recipe. Give it a try and let me know your reaction. You can omit some of the spices if you don’t have them. Happy Cooking!

250 gm Paneer
60 gm Hung Curd
1 tsp Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli + Coriander Paste
1/4 tsp Black Salt or Rock Salt
1/4 tsp Fennel Seed Powder
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Green pepper/Cherry Tomatoes (as per Choice)
